A few minutes walk from the sea in Avola, there is Magnolia House. This cozy three-level villa is the ideal choice for families and groups of friends looking for comfort and functionality without sacrificing proximity to the beach.
On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned and super-equipped kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, traditional refrigerator and wine fridge, as well as a TV, a bathroom with bathtub and a large living room that is also air conditioned and with TV. On the first floor there is the sleeping area, with three air-conditioned bedrooms — two double and one with two single beds — all with a balcony, and a full bathroom with shower and bathtub. The top floor houses a cozy, air-conditioned attic with a sofa (which can also be used as a sofa bed), kitchenette and bathroom.
Outside, the villa offers a private garden and a comfortable area covered by a wooden shed, equipped with tables, chairs and a large built-in kitchen, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners. Free Wi-Fi is also available to guests throughout the property.
