Located across the street from the beach, a private pool and hot tub make this coastal home a great catch!
After a long day at the beach, relax in the fresh coastal island feel of this beautiful 4-level home with multiple indoor/outdoor living spaces. Enjoy gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from ocean and sound-facing decks on 3 levels. A short 3-minute walk across the street to the beach, Pelican Paradise is also within walking distance from the Avon Pier, shops, and restaurants.
A well-appointed kitchen and large dining area create a great place to enjoy some delicious seafood and trade fun stories with family and friends. Gas and charcoal grills provide ample grilling options, along with a picnic table in the pool area for outdoor dining.
Four of the six bedrooms are spacious main suites, one with a single/double pyramid bunk, and all bedrooms provide comfortable resting places when you need to recharge your batteries. A bedroom on the main living level, along with a powder room and deck access, is ideal if a family member prefers not to navigate stairs multiple times a day.
