Come enjoy our eclectic and colorful home. Our beach house offers views from 3 different levels. Our spacious home sits on 2 lots so there is plenty of exterior space to explore. We have several tropical plants and a water fountain that help create a relaxing environment.The exterior is frequently visited by many types of birds, deer families and a community cat that we lovingly named, Spyro. We provide bird seed and encourage our guest to feed our furry friends as they enjoy the tranquility of the front exterior.

The interior is wonderfully setup on 2 levels. . The first level contains 2 bedrooms both with premium mattresses and a full-sized bathroom. The living room, kitchen, dining room, wine bar and laundry room are also on this level. The master suite located on the 2nd and 3rd levels includes a spa shower, jetted hot tub and a loft lounge. The 1/2 bathroom, office and fitness area are also on the 2nd level. There are balconies on every level and on both sides of the house. Guest get to wake up to a sunrise over the ocean and end their days with a beautiful sunset over the sound.

The Avon area is great to get away from the hustle and bustle of Nags Head but also has plenty of activities and restaurants. There is great surfing, kayaking and fishing in the area as well as several beaches to accommodate any vacationer.

For those rainy days we have gourmet kitchen and large marble top bar offer plenty of room to entertain and prepare meals. Our home is filled with art and plenty of fun things to do like sunbathing on the deck under a pergola or watching the stars using the provided telescope. Your stay will include all of the typical amenities and more. We provide linens, soaps, beach toys, sunshade, grilling utensils, picnic basket, board games, video games, record player, an even an extensive DVD collection. We also have convenience items like a washer and dryer with laundry soap and an outdoor shower for your use. You just need to pack your clothes!

The house was great for our family of six, the grocery store was a convenient two minute drive, beach access was awesome, and it was not crowded at all. Will definitely stay again.

The pictures do not do the beach house justice when it comes to the gorgeous sunrise view over the ocean. House was nicely decorated with charming art work.

Awesome stay in Avon

The property was in excellent condition, very comfortable for us and our grandkids. Lots of space for everyone including our small dog. We were very happy to find a great property that allowed us to bring her with us. The property had all of the beach stuff we needed, chairs, toys, towels, and canopy's. The host was very responsive to us during our stay. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful beach home with character, check in was easy. Called to speak with someone once and they answered right away and were very helpful. It would have been nice if the his/her double shower would have worked. Plenty of extra toiletries in stock. Overall was a wonderful get away!
