This three-bedroom, two-bathroom sound-side home is one of the Island's best values with gorgeous colors, warm, wooden accents, and eye-catching decor.

A TV, DVD player, VCR player, and stereo/CD player are available for indoor entertainment. Other great amenities at House of Windows include a washer and dryer in the under-house utility room, high-speed wireless internet, and a refrigerator with an icemaker.

The property pictures needs to be updated BADLY. The outside bar and grill looks NOTHING like its being presented. Bar stools rusted badly the wood is rotting badly and grass wasn't maintained. Inside paint peeling on the walls in bathroom and toilet handles broken and bathroom sinks flooding. Outside deck furniture needs replaced and the wood rotting.

Great house for a family of 4. House is a little older and could use some minor improvements but nothing that would effect your stay. Great location near the Food Lion and other Avon locations, plus has access to large Vacasa pool. Fully equipped for whatever you would need. Can't go wrong with this house.

Wouldn’t stay again

Home was not clean. Had to have them come back and took 2 days for them to show up. Half lightbulbs out in home. Also took 2 days to come in home. (And just showed up) House needs a deep clean. Beds were awful. Uncomfortable and so loud and squeaky. Sand all over house. Beer bottles and soda cans left. Dirty dishes. Took 2+ hours to clean home to what it should have been. Wasn’t vacuumed and bathroom tub not cleaned or mirrors. No floors mopped. Large quantities of mouse droppings in house. A couple TVs did not work. House didn’t look like pics, as it was missing equipment. Called and they had cleaning company take out hammocks. They were left for us to install/hang. Very unprofessional all around and started our trip off on a bad foot. Decor was cute, but wouldn’t stay here again and not sure I’d even use Vacasa again at this point.

Perfect stay!

This house was perfect for me, my husband and our 3 kids. It had a comfy coastal feel and the mornings when the sun started to come through all the windows felt so beautiful! This was our 4th time in OBX and our favorite house to stay in!
