Kiva 428 - 3 Bedroom + Loft

This corner residence offers exceptional sleeping capacity (sleeps 10) as well as a wood burning fireplace, kitchen, three guest suites, each with an attached bathroom, one with a king size bed, the second with two queen size beds, the third with two king size beds. Additional features include an enclosed loft with a king sized bed and bathroom, a washer/dryer, covered parking for one vehicle and access to a private ski locker room.

After a day of adventure, conveniently store your gear in the private ski locker or bike storage room before unwinding at the expansive patio area, which features a large year-round pool, two hot tubs, lounge chairs, grills, and a sauna with a private changing area. Two outdoor gas firepits provide the perfect setting to relax while taking in beautiful mountain views. For those traveling with a vehicle, Kiva offers complimentary covered parking, an electric vehicle charging station, and access to a convenient shuttle service throughout Beaver Creek. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning.

Property Improvement Notice:

The Kiva will undergo a roofing project from August 17 through November 1. Guests may experience daytime construction noise, along with temporary impacts to building access and appearance as work progresses. Construction is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. No work will take place on Sundays. Thank you for your understanding as we complete this important property improvement

They were very welcoming with a complimentary gift basket when we checked in. The staff were even able to accommodate a few of the special requests we had like an extra parking space for some of our trip. The rental was clean, nicely furnished, had all the kitchen items we wanted, and has great proximity to the slopes - just a short walk over the pedestrian bridge on the way out and a quick ski across on the way back.
