Spectacular penthouse with vaulted ceilings top floor (9th) studio condo located inside The Brand Name "Riverfront Resort and Spa at Beaver Creek Mountain". Updated 2025 with new carpet, new roller blinds, new bed, new queen sofa sleeper, new chairs. New pics now online.

Note: Pets are not allowed in this studio.

All condos/suites/rooms are individually owned at this resort. I rent it myself, saving the 60% Brand Name Resort management fee, and pass the savings to you! I am a VRBO PREMIER PARTNER and I have over 400 5-star reviews on VRBO so you can be confident things will go smoothly and be right.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES PAID DIRECTLY TO THE RESORT: Because this privately owned studio is located inside this Brand Name Resort & Spa they will not allow us to collect their additional fees. Even though VRBO states that all fees are included, these fees are EXTRA. Westin/Hyatt/Ritz and all 4/5 star resorts in Vail/BC with many amenities and direct gondola access it is customary to have the following additional charges whether you book thru us or directly with the resort:

1) The property is in an ideal location that is close to the gondola and public transportation. Rentals and ski valet are on site. The Westin shuttle was very convenient to get to Beaver Creek Village or Vail. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Afternoon cookies and hot chocolate with a smile were always welcome after coming back from a day on the slopes.2) The unit itself was clean and the kitchenette was fully stocked. The bathroom was spacious and had a tub for soaking. Our family of 4 did okay with the sleeping arrangements (King bed Sofa bed), but if the kids are teens and generally bigger it might be a bit tight. There's also limited space to sit and eat if you decide to cook in. 3) Reed, the property's owner, communicated well to prepare you for the stay and also promptly answered our questions during the stay.Overall, I would recommend this property.

The host and hotel were all awesome! Host was super attentive and quick with responses. The hotel was perfect! We really enjoyed the full service food and drink in the lobby. Hotel transportation was super convenient. The tall ceilings being on the 9th floor made the unit feel much more spacious. We enjoyed all 11 days with 2 adults and 2 kids between 9-11.

Wonderful, but make sure you know the hotel fee

It was clean, nice, the amenities were great, access to the gondola and ski valet made it so easy! It way cheaper than getting a hotel room for a night through the Westin ! I was a little bummed when I got there to hear that there was a 60 a day resort fee as well as a 75 one time arrival fee. But when I went and looked back at the VRBO listing, it was in there.

We had an amazing time at this resort. The room is a bit larger than we expected from the pictures which was a great surprise. Comfortable king sized bed. Ski valet with gondola access at the resort is great plus you can ski all the way back at the end of the day without having to take a shuttle. There are tons of great restaurants in Edwards - be sure to check out what else is around. The hotel food is fine but also pretty expensive.
