As you walk in, you will find a large, open-plan living room and dining area with seating for 8 persons. The modern kitchen is equipped with all appliances and has a breakfast bar with extra seating for 4 persons.
You will also find all four bedrooms on this floor. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and double bed and the remaining three bedrooms all have two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
There is a guest bathroom too with a bathtub, overhead shower and WC.
This villa has a very large and vast garden with shaded and unshaded area, lots of space for outside dining and a beautiful, newly-built private pool.
Free WiFi and Satellite TV are available and the villa has air conditions throughout.
