Yıllardır otellerde eşimle birlikte konaklıyoruz.Fiyat kalite performansı bu kadar kötü olan başka bir otelde kalmadık.Personel ve hizmet kalitesi yetersiz dahi değil berbat.Deniz manzaralı diye daha pahalı satılan oda iç avluya bakıyor önünde ana bina var ve denizi görüyor evet ama uzaktan.Sadece lokasyonu iyi.Amaq bu koşullarla hizmete açılmamalıydı.Eksikleri epey çok. En garibi de bu sıcaklarda otelde soğuk su yok ve ilk kez konakladığımız bir otelde su için 4 kez arayıp 4 saat sonra su gelmesiydi.Su tabi ki sıcaktı. Çalışanlar profesyonel değil.Kurumsal kimliği bilmiyorlar.Ana binanın girişinde salıncakta sallanan temizlik personelleri,şarj kablosu yüzünden yüksek sesle tartışan çalışanlar.Ciddi yönetim ve personel eksikliği var.Sahilde de inşaat devam ediyor.İnşaat işçileri ve müşteriler biraradalar.Sahildeki barda bile soğuk su yok.Kahvaltısı vasatın altında.Kahvaltı salonuyla ana bina arasında güzel bir teras var.Manzaralı.Akşam saatinde orada oturmak istedik.Çalışma yapılacağı için kalkmamız istendi.Odaya girerken su istedik.4 saat sonra kendimiz lobiden inip aldık ve sıcaktı tabi. Bu otele ancak gidilmemesi önerilir.

Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll… Also Zimmern waren nicht 100% sauber, Zimmer war sehr alt Klima Anlage hat gestunken die Türen waren nicht dicht das bei uns Schnecke und Tausend füßler rein kamen. Und da ist kein einziges Zimmer mit Meerblick vor den Zimmern sind Palmen Bäume. Fernsehe hat teilweise funktioniert+ Batterie war leer.Da wurde Kaffee zu Verfügung gestellt aber keine Tassen. Ansicht eigentlich schönes Hotel nur da sind zu viele minus Punkte wie zb Pool wird nicht sauber gemacht oder die duschen am Strand funktionieren ab und zu. Im Meer sind Fliesen Steine von der Baustelle was deine Füße aufschneiden kann, man muss echt vorsichtig sein!!! Ich hab extra nach gefragt ob die Baustelle fertig ist…Habe ein Antwort bekommen wo die gesagt haben es sei fertig deswegen hab ich es auch gebucht also die geben falsche Infos raus. Auf Instagram die Fotos können täuschen! Nebenan ist die Baustelle wo die baustellen Mitarbeiter arbeiten es ist laut. Frühstück war so schlecht es war nichts warm alles kalt, die haben keine Klimaanlage im Restaurant es ist so warm da drine und da fliegen überall Fliegen kannst noch nicht mal Essen. Zum trinken haben die nur Türkischen Tee angeboten nichts anderes. Einzigste plus Punkt verdienen die nur mit Personal die sind alle nett gewesen. Einfach schreckliche 3 Tage!

Ailecek 3 gece konakladık ve gerçekten çok memnun ayrıldık. Öncelikle bize gösterdikleri ilgi ve samimiyet için Hasan Bey ile Suna Hanım’a gönülden teşekkür ederiz. Tatil boyunca her konuda yardımcı oldular. Odamız her gün özenle temizlendi, temizlik konusunda gerçekten çok başarılılar. Açıkçası ben biraz detaycı ve zor beğenen biriyim ama buna rağmen otelden fazlasıyla memnun kaldım. Otele ilk adım attığımız andan itibaren sıcak ve samimi bir şekilde karşılandık. Kendimizi müşteri gibi değil, misafirleri gibi hissettirdiler. Bu da tatilimizi çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Oda-kahvaltı konseptinde hizmet veriyorlar. Kahvaltıları hem çeşitli hem de doyurucuydu, beklentimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Havuz oldukça temiz ve keyifliydi. İçecek menüsü genişti ve fiyatlar da makuldü. Deniz zaman zaman dalgalıydı . Yeni açılmış bir tesis olmasına rağmen her detay düşünülmüş. Odalar, yataklar ve genel kullanım alanları pırıl pırıldı. Ailece konakladık, çocuklarımız da çok eğlendi ve mutlu ayrıldı. Emek veren tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz. Güler yüzleri, ilgileri ve kaliteli hizmetleri sayesinde çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Biz çok memnun kaldık ve gelecek sezon tekrar tercih edeceğimizden hiç şüphemiz yok. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Konum ve odalar çok güzel. Yeni olduğu için eksiklikler var mesela servis konusunda. Havuz büyük değil genelde çocuklar bardı denizi tercih ettik. Yosunlar temizlenirse daha güzel olur. Manzara ve doğa harika. Akşam yemekleri çeşit olarak çok yetersiz. Başka yerlerde yemek yedik. Dinlenmek için ideal. Bir daha gidebiliriz.

The managers and staff are extremely helpful; yet they are limited in numbers. Rooms are spread around following the natural flow of the hill where the hotel is located. We believe that once the reconstruction of the hotel is completed and the humanpower is adjusted to the season, it will be a great spot.

Sadece sezon başı küçük, makul eksiklikler vardı! Ancak canla başla bu eksiklikleri kapatmaya çalışan personeller mevcuttu! Eksik arayan biriyseniz, her yerde eksik bulursunuz! Bence ağaçların, hatta kayaların içine monte edilmiş modern ve doğallığı bir arada yaşatan, üstelik denize sıfır bu işletmenin tadını çıkarın.. ☺️

Bayramda 1 gece konakladık. Otel el değiştirmiş ve tadilat aşamasında havuzu gittiğimizde daha yeni dolduruluyordu. Kumsalda matkap sesleri tadilat devam ediyor. Odalar rutubet kokuyor televizyon çalışmıyordu. Aynaları öyle bir silinmiş ki lekeli .personel sayısı yetersiz.uzun saat çalışmalarına rağmen yinede yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. otel tamamlandığında çok güzel olacağına eminim fakat bayram dönemine hazır değilmiş, hazır olmadığı halde ciddi bir fiyat ödemiş olmam beni açıkcası üzdü. Bir günlük tatilim iyi olsun derken hayal kırıklığı yaşadım. Konumu gayet güzel kullandıkları malzemeler havlular çarşaflar herşey yeni bazı detaylar çok iyi ama kumsalda huzurla oturamayacaksam odama giden yollar kazılmış olacaksa, tamamlanmayan birçok eksiklik olacaksa anlamı yok.oteliniz tamamlandığında konaklamak isterim fakat bu deneyimim çok kötüydü.

Halen tadilatta. Havuz kapalı her yerde işçiler geziyor çalışma yapıyor. Kahvaltı fecaat. 1 saatte geliyor ekmek gelse çay gelmiyor. Tamam efendim diyip 5 kez demeniz gerekiyor birde üstüne yardımcı olabileceğim bi şey varmı diyorlar. Yataklar çok sert. Deniz manzaralı oda ağaç nedeniyle deniz görünmüyor. Odalarda nem kokusu var. Oda kapıları kapalı mı açık mı belli değil eskimiş bakıma ihtiyacı var. Bu yıl yenilemesi halen sürmesi nedeniyle tavsiye etmiyorum

Otelin konumu konsepti plajı çok güzel huzurlu. Fiyatına göre baya güzel. Personel güleryüzlü fakat deneyimsiz gibiydi odamızda su çay kahve yoktu arayarak kendimiz su istemek zorunda kaldık 3. arayışımızda baya geç getirdiler. Teknik anlamda eksiklikler vardı odamızın kapısı 2 kez bozuldu fakat problemi çözdüler. Odamızın önünde aydınlatma yoktu telefonun ışığıyla hareket ettik. Bunun dışında çok güzel bir otel, rahat ve güvenli. Tekrar gider miyim? Tavsiye eder miyim? Evet. Kesinlikle.
