Do's Chalets are beautiful, neat chalets located on the family campsite Scheldeoord in the village of Baarland.
The chalets feature a cozy living room and a flat-screen TV. There is a well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine and kettle. The private bathroom has a shower. You have a free parking space. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Wonderfully quiet location on the seawall of the Westerschelde with the beach only 200 meters!
For the children there is a swimming pool and the animation team (see below for attendance, not entire year!) And you can walk or cycle on the dikes in the area.
There are also bicycle and hiking trails in the chalet for you. The whole family can enjoy a wonderful holiday here in beautiful Zeeland!
Important!! All facilities at the holiday park are closed from 29-10 / 31-03. In this period, 29-10 / 31-03, Strandbrasserie De Landing is located on the beach, open from Friday to Sunday. Here you can obtain a delicious and good quality dinner. Highly recommended!

Furthermore, you are mainly surrounded by polders and dikes at this beautiful location on the sea dike, enjoy beautiful views and literally have all the space around you! However, it is far from bad, because on the campsite (from 24-03 / 29-10!)On the dike and the beach, but also in the rest of the Scheldeoord area, there is plenty to do!
In addition, I have several leaflets in the Chalet (s), with many opportunities for day trips in the area.

Nettes Chalet auf ruhigem Platz
Das Chalet ist einfach ausgestattet aber ok. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind NICHT inklusive, das geht aus der Anzeige nicht klar hervor. Beides kann aber wohl dazu gebucht werden.
Der Durchlauferhitzer hat zwischenzeitlich ausgesetzt, was zu kalten Duschen geführt hat. Soll ja gesund sein ;). Man konnte ihn aber wieder einschalten, dann lief er erstmal wieder.
Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war nett.
Der Platz war sehr ruhig. Direkt gegenüber vom Chalet ist ein Kinderspielplatz.
Der Strand ist nicht so schön. Man blickt auf ein gegenüber liegendes Industriegebiet. Das Strandlokal bietet Fastfood zu überzogenen Preisen.
In der direkten Umgebung gibt's nicht viel zu tun und zu sehen. Der Campingplatz hat aber einen Fahrradverleih. Der Supermarkt ist ganz gut ausgestattet. Das Hallenbad ist winzig und daher bei schlechtem Wetter ziemlich überfüllt und schmutzig. Das Freibad ist aber super. Leider war es dafür zu kalt.
Fazit: Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne und ruhige Woche in Zeeland. Wir waren viel unterwegs: bei Neeltje Jans (empfehlenswert), Grachtentour in Middelburg, Shopping in Vlissingen und in Goes, Ausflug zum Eisenbahnmuseum in der Nähe und 2 x Schwimmbad.
Ich denke für Familien mit kleineren Kindern ist das Chalet ein guter Ort zum Entspannen.

Heerlijk verblijf
Er was iets misgegaan met het reserveren, maar Dominque heeft gelijk geregeld dat we toch gewoon in een huisje konden en aan onze vakantie konden beginnen. Echt super!
Het huisje was heel gezellig en het park is erg fijn met een kind. Echt een aanrader.

Tolle Unterkunft mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern.
Wir waren zufrieden mit dem Chalet, aber mit regelmäßigen Kontrollen und notwendigen prüfen und auffüllen defekter und fehlender Teile wäre der Aufenthalt absolut perfekt gewesen.
So war er nur sehr gut.
Bitte die deutsche Übersetzung der Objektbeschreibung im Internet überarbeiten.

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Anlage, nur am Strand ist leider sehr viel Matsch beim Weg ins Wasser und daher ist das Wasser auch sehr trüb.
