Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Bottled water and chips on table upon arrival was a nice touch. Appreciated the laundry facilities and detergent. Nice homey feel.

The house was very clean. Needed some extra throw blankets and dish towels. Decent old house that has a few condition issues but is overall comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. The owner was available whenever I texted her. Some traffic congestion due to construction, but you are within a few miles from Kemah/Seabrook but you are not stuck in the middle of the congestion there. Has a fenced backyard.

We loved our short visit. Although we mostly hung out at families house there is so much to do and all in a reasonable distance. The little house is so cute and was clean, host was easy to contact. Although we decided to leave our pet home it is pet friendly, they have a nice fenced in back yard. Would definitely book again.

Great place, comfortable,, clean and a great location 5 min to the Kemah boardwalk. Exactly what we were looking for. We were greeted with an easy self check in, lots of snacks and coffee and a wonderful backyard for the dog. Great little back porch was awesome i for coffee in the morning. Had everything we needed for the kitchen and great living room area. Thank you for having such a great go to book about the house, how to work the TV all the channels, things to do around town, directions to hospitals, grocery stores, entertainment, restaurants, etc. and the check out policy. It was very helpful.. I would definitely rent this one again loved it !!""
