Holiday Apartment Villa Seyfried Our comfortable and modern furnished apartment has a bedroom with double bed, a living room with flat screen, satellite TV and internet via W-Lan. Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with oven and 4 burner stove and a small shower room with WC. Let your eyes wander out of the window to the legendary Harz mountains and enjoy the peace of the adjacent city park. Also the idyllic Ententeich with its Wasserfontäne have a direct view. In our small but fine garden you will always find a place to relax. By agreement, the shared use of all equipment (including washing machine and dryer) and play equipment is possible.

The apartment is bright, friendly and modern furnished. In the living room there is another sleeping possibility through a cozy sleeping sofa. The apartment is located on the top floor and can be reached via 2 stairs. The holiday apartment is non-smoking. The living room is carpeted, the remaining rooms have laminate flooring. In the garden you will find seating for use.
