Skiing in Bad Kleinkirchheim means more than 103 kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes, with a children's slope, a slow slope and a snowpark. Another ski area in the Carinthian Nockberge is the family ski area Heidi Alm Skipark Falkert with 12 kilometers of ski slopes, which can be reached in appr. 15 minutes by car. Also highly recommended is the Turracher Höhe ski area, a snow-assured ski area with 43 kilometers of ski slopes and a snowpark with a length of 1.5 km, located about 20 minutes from the country house.

Discover the beautiful mountain world of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Carinthian Nockberge while skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking and cycling and/or mountain biking or relax in one of the two local thermal spas, the Römerbad therme and the St Kathrein therme. The nearby Carinthian swimming lakes Millstätter See, Ossiacher See, Afritzer See, Brennsee in the family sports village of Feld am See and the public swimming pool in Radenthein provide much-needed cooling in summer and can be reached by car in 10-30 minutes.
