Room was clean but the carpet shown in the photograph had been removed. The room looked bare and uncomfortable. No colour at all. Hanging space but no shelves or drawers. Suitcase had to lie on the floor

Wonderful Stay with Amazing Breakfast

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Hofmann zur Mühle Garni. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great selection to start the day. The room was charming and comfortable, and the central location made it easy to reach both the train station and the old town on foot. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Unser Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und zweckmässig. Pflegeprodukte waren alle vorhanden. Das Zimmer hätte vorher mal gelüftet werden können! Es roch etwas muffig! Schönheitsreparaturen würden an der Duscharmatur, losem und abgeplatzten Toilettendeckel und Handtuchhalter etc. einen besseren Eindruck machen. Preis Leistung passte für uns ohne Frühstück.

Ruhige Lage, kleines Zimmer, Minikühlschrank, Balkon. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Im Zimmer u. Bad Geruch nach Abflussrohr, auch nach ständigem Lüften. Im Bad war der Handtuchring kaputt, diesen auch bei der Chefin reklamiert. Blieb aber kaputt. Ameisen in Bad und Zimmer, nach Meldung waren diese dann fast weg. Spinnweben an der Decke, Badlüfter und Stöpsel des Waschbeckens ziemlich verdreckt. Stöpsel wurde dann nach Reklamation gereinigt, der Badlüfter nicht.

Great hotel

Very nice hotel in a charming city. Friendly service, quiet and clean rooms with spacious balcony and comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. Unfortunately our room did have air conditioning and was very warm during the night.
