Really first class all around. Being a Best Western I really did not expect too much. The B-W hotels I have stayed at in the USA have typically been somewhere between poor and mediocre but this hotel was first class in every category.

Relaxing trip

A very comfortable hotel with good leisure facilities, very well located in the quiet Spa Town of Bad Lippspringe. Most staff were very friendly and helpful which helped make our stay so enjoyable. Worthwhile knowing that you have to ask for a kettle to make a hot drink as this isn't automatically put in the room, we had to read through the Hotel guide to find this information as as we didn't arrive till evening we didn't find this information until the next day.

Very warm,cheerful and elegant

We were there to attend a concert for Healing and Meditation, about 50 Km from the hotel. Eventhough there were motels much closer to the venue, we stayed at the Park Hotel all the 4 nights. The staff was very warm, the breakfast choices were unlike any we have seen before, the service was prompt and the approach to the hotel was very good.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der Villa. Der WLAN Empfang war dort nicht gut. Empfang und Versenden von E-Mails nur ĂŒber eigens eingerichteten Hotspot möglich. Terrasse vom Zimmer aus nicht ebenerdig erreichbar, man muss ĂŒber den erhöhten Fensterrahmen steigen. Am Fernseher und Badezimmerspiegel Schlieren vom Putzen erkennbar, ebenso einen Ansteckpin auf dem Fußboden vom VorgĂ€nger vorgefunden. Kaltschaummatratze, da ich Federkern gewohnt bin, bezĂŒglich der Weiche sehr gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig. FrĂŒhstĂŒck wirkt funktionell. Hier wĂ€ren Brötchen/Brotkörbe und grĂ¶ĂŸere Teller schön. Vom Personal an der Rezeption hĂ€tte ich aufgrund der Sterne mehr positive Ausstrahlung erwartet. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die Kaffeeautomaten in den Hauptbereichen des Hotels, wo jederzeit heißes Wasser, CafĂ© Crema und Espresso kostenlos zur VerfĂŒgung steht. Schade dass die anderen gĂ€ngigen KaffeespezialitĂ€ten dort nicht erhĂ€ltlich sind. Der Saunabereich ist angenehm gestaltet. Es gibt eine kleine Ecke wo frisches Obst, Wasser sowie Studentenfutter und getrocknetes Obst bereitgestellt ist, welches regelmĂ€ĂŸig nachgefĂŒllt wird. In der Umgebung befinden sich fußlĂ€ufig diverse Restaurants.

Ich gebe 6 Sterne! Das war das Bester Zummer seit langem. Super Betten. Extrem ruhig. Klimanlage funktioniert perfekt. Mega Balkon mit Blick auf den Park. So muss das sein.

Schmutziges Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn

Leider entsprach mein Zimmer nicht den Erwartungen: In nahezu jeder Ecke befanden sich Spinnennetze, was auf eine mangelnde Reinigung hinweist. Aus dem Wasserhahn kam leicht gelbliches Wasser mit schwarzen Partikeln, was mir leider erst am zweiten Tag auffiel. Aufgrund der Verunreinigung habe ich es vermieden, mein Gesicht oder meine HĂ€nde damit zu waschen, und selbst zum ZĂ€hneputzen habe ich lieber Wasser aus der Flasche verwendet.
