The property is situated in a holiday complex. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the forests and its sunny location at the edge of the woods. Available for use: garden furniture. Cleaning supplies, toiletries, and food must be brought along and are not provided.

The entrance is on different floors and leads over 40 steps directly in the vestibule with wardrobe. The entrance to the apartment is on the 4th floor - there is no elevator in the house. Upper floor: Living room / bedroom 40 sqm and with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette, TV, radio, CD and Direction to the south and east. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the covered balcony with garden furniture. Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed, TV and eastbound. You have access to the covered balcony (together with living room / bedroom). Kitchen 5 sqm, not heatable and with dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler, washing machine and dryer. Bathroom 5 sqm and with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
Top floor: Bedroom 30 sqm and with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed at bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m). Bedroom as intersecting room, 20 sqm and with 1 double bed and eastbound. You have access to the covered balcony. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
