Our beautiful holiday rental features its own private garden right on our property, with a separate entrance and parking space. The bright holiday rental is fully equipped and designed to feel like a home away from home.

Through the separate entrance, you’ll enter a very bright hallway with a skylight; in the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for cooking and baking. In the living room, you’ll find a TV with HD+ reception, as well as a dining table, an armchair, and a sofa. The bathroom, also equipped with two skylights, features a large shower, sink, and toilet. You can spend the nights in the spacious yet cosy bedroom; the queen-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) is ideal for a good night’s sleep—the closet offers plenty of storage space and the option to hang additional clothing.

It’s also worth noting that the sofa in the living room can be quickly converted into a bed, allowing you to accommodate two additional guests.

In our beautiful garden, which is nearly 300 square metres and set aside exclusively for the holiday rental, you can relax and unwind. Equipped with a patio table and chairs, as well as a fire pit, relaxing evenings are guaranteed. In addition, a small bench offers the perfect spot to watch the sunset.

To help you explore the area, 2 bicycles are available free of charge for the entire duration of your stay. Since we live right next door, we’re always available if you have any questions or if something is missing.

Die Wohnung Martin ist in jeder Hinsicht als vorbildlich zu bezeichnen. Der Empfang herzlich und die Kommunikation vorbildlich. Die Wohnung und Küche sind mit Allem ausgestattet was man für eine angenehmen Aufenthalt haben möchte. Der Garten ist einfach zauberhaft! wir haben herrliche Stunden auf der Trasse genossen.Vielen Lieben Dank noch einmal an die Familie Martinwir kommen wieder!!!!

Ich habe die Wohnung als Geschenk gebucht. Buchung und Kontakt zum Vermieter haben hervorragend geklappt, alles war sehr gut organisiert und unkompliziert. Den Beschenkten hat ihr Aufenthalt super gefallen, Sauberkeit und die umfangreiche Ausstattung sowie schöne Gestaltung der Unterkunft wurden sehr gelobt. Wohlfühlen im Grünen

Wir hatten schöne zwei Wochen in Bad Zwischenahn auf dem Gelände einer früheren Baumschule, mit wertvollem Grün ringsum. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und stets verfügbar. Die Stadtrandlage bedingt eine ruhige und erholsame Umgebung. Der Ort selbst ist ein schönes Kurbad mit Freizeit- und Kultureinrichtungen und einer wertigen Shopping- und Gastronomiemeile. Von hier kann man leicht zu den friesischen Inseln und in die nahen Niederlande reisen. Damit gibt es auch genug Content für Regentage. Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub und wir danken nochmals unseren Gastgebern.

Kurzurlaub im Norden

Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr nett empfangen und haben sehr viel für uns vorbereitet. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung war super sauber und unsere Kinder waren ebenso herzlich willkommen wie wir. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Gerne wieder.

Kurzurlaub

Meine Familie und ich verbrachten einen ruhigen Kurzurlaub in Bad Zwischenahn. Für unsere Kinder mieteten wir noch 2 Fahrräder im örtlichen Verleih dazu und konnten so Radtouren unternehmen. (Schade nur, dass der Park der Gärten schon geschlossen war. Aber dafür können die Gastgeber nichts. ) Oldenburg ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Alles im Allen war es ein gelungener Trip. Sehr nette, und praktisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen. Die Vermieter sind sehr aufgeschlossen, hilfsbereit und ausgesprochen nett. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Lage der Ferienwohnung, und der sehr schöne Garten.

Schöner Sommerurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung in Bad Zwischenahn haben wir genauso vorgefunden wie es bei Fewo inseriert war. Vor Ort wurden wir vom Vermieter sehr freundlich begrüsst. Er hat und die Wohnung gezeigt und Kleinigkeiten erklärt. Im Wohnzimmer ist noch ein Sofa was Abends zum Schlafen umgebaut werden kann. Zu der Wohnung gehören noch zwei Fahrräder die man kostenlos nutzen kann. Wer morgens zum Frühstück Brötchen möchte kann einen schönen Spaziergang machen. Bis zum Bäcker oder Netto ist es zu Fuss nur 10 Minuten. Ins Zentrum läuft man nur ca. 30 Minuten. Also kann man das Auto getrost stehen lassen. Fällt einen was auf was vielleicht doch fehlt in der Wohnung kann man beim Vermieter klingen(wohnen im Vorderhaus) und sie versuchen zu helfen. Wenn wir jetzt auf hohem Niveau meckern fehlte mir persönlich ein paar Gesellschaftsspiele für Erwachsene. Hatten nämlich einen Regentag und das nicht gedacht. Aber das ist nicht relevant. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einer wirklich schön und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Die kleinen Dinge haben uns besonders gut gefallen, wie die Spielzeugkiste für unsere Kinder und die tolle Vorbereitung durch den Vermieter. Durch den separaten Eingang und Garten ist es ruhig gelegen. Gerne wieder.
