O hotel é bacana, a equipe é maravilhosa, super atenciosa e muito educada, a minha estadia não foi melhor por falta de infra-estrutura no quarto. Só tinha uma tomada na cabeceira da cama e em um dos lados, unicamente, sendo que no quarto havia uma escrivaninha de trabalho, e eu estava em deslocamento e necessitava trabalhar. Tive então que pedir uma extensão elétrica para poder ligar meu notebook na tomada do banheiro (secador de cabelos) para conseguir utilizar o computador. A noite para carregar o celular ou você ligava o abajur ou o celular, pois era somente aquela mesma tomada. Havia uma luminária pendente, logo acima de uma poltrona que não acendia em lugar nenhum no quarto também. As luminárias do quarto não apagavam na cabeceira da cama, fazendo com que o hóspede levantasse da cama para apagar. Algo bem desconfortável. A ducha higiênica do banheiro apresentou defeito, mas a recepção enviou a manutenção imediatamente e ela foi substituída por uma nova e não tivemos mais problemas. O café da manhã é bem simples, porém atende bem as necessidades. O hotel é bem limpo e organizado e no andar térreo eles tem o plus do Empório da Campanha, com alguns itens para venda, estilo suvenir e também comidas, lanches e até refeições, sem falar no atendimento que foi ótimo! De um modo geral eu recomendo, só fica a ressalva em relação à possibilidade de melhoria das tomadas e interruptores para facilitar na próxima estadia!
