Duplex on the 4th floor, access by stairs (3 floors). Surface of 60m² with South balcony, facing the slopes. Living room with TV, sitting area. Kitchen open to fully equipped dining area: dishwasher, fridge (table top), microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, self-cooker, raclette set. Ground floor: a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, Upstairs: a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds + a drawer bed, and a mezzeanine with a 140 cm bed + 1 extra bed for a child. Two bathrooms with shower and sink, a separate toilet. Laminate parquet floor. Covered parking under the residence (height 1.80m). Ski locker in the DRC.
Set of 88 apartments with lift (only part of the residence), located in the resort center, 20m from the start of the slopes and the ski lifts. Shops at the foot of the building. A few meters away is the central square of La Mongie and the Pic du Midi cable car. At 1,800 meters above sea level, La Mongie is one of two resorts that make up the Grand Tourmalet area. Équipement Taille et emplacement parfait

L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé au pied des pistes parfait avec de jeunes enfants nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Seulement deux points négatifs (mais qui n’ont pas remis en question notre satisfaction) : les deux douches étaient bouchées à notre arrivée nous avons du nettoyer les bondes (beurk!) la poussière non faite et 3 paires de chaussettes retrouvées sous les lits et notre petit de deux ans aurais pu passer à travers la rembarde verte de l’étage qui ne semble pas aux normes (épaules et tête sont passées nous avons eu peur mais heureusement il n’est pas tombé) un plexi pourrait rapidement la sécuriser
