Warm and bright apartment of 36 m² in a slightly offset building allowing you to enjoy all the advantages of the city center while being calm.
On the 1st floor of a residence with elevator and private courtyard parking).
Completely renovated, it consists of a beautiful 10 m² terrace with mountain views where you can enjoy the sun, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a pantry equipped with large shelves with (washing machine, table ironing, a caddy that will allow you to go to the market or to the small casino on foot), a lounge equipped with a BZ (new mattress) and a round table that can be enlarged, a very well equipped (microwave, large traditional oven, large dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic hob, a pressure cooker, allowing you to make good meals with friends)., a bathroom with shower Italian and towel warmers, a mezzanine with 140 mattress where young people will enjoy sleeping and playing without cluttering the living room.
Parents will understand me!
Games and books are made available in an ottoman. For your winter evenings, you can use the raclette machine and summer plancha !!
Ideally located, 150 m from the cable cars for ski enthusiasts and 400 m from the thermal baths for spa guests, to whom we give a 30% reduction for 3 weeks.
You can also rent it (minimum 2 nights) for a weekend.

Ambiance chalet très sympathique

L'appartement est très mignon, décoré dans un esprit chalet, petit mais très bien conçu et équipé. L'emplacement est idéal pour se promener à pied dans Luchon. Le parking et la terrasse sont très appréciables.
