Absolutely stunning property with a very thought out layout and design. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet and had blackout curtains. The restaurant onsite was also delicious and offered a wide range of options. The SPA was so nice and had the best couples message ever.

Very nice hotel and spa with an excellent riverside location. The grounds are very nice and the rooms have excellent views of the Duoro river. The rooms and bathrooms are good and the breakfast was very good. The reception, bar and restaurant staff were very helpful and worked hard. The restaurant was OK but not exceptional. This hotel is in a beautiful remote location in the Douro Valley. It is a spa style hotel. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Staff on desk ere very helpful. We like the dining room food better than the bar menu (just our choice).

This hotel is amazing ! Has beautiful views , is incredibly confortable , clean , staff very friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, food was very good and staff friendly , there was a delay serving food and staff were very apologetic Breakfast is very good best bread I ever had in a hotel! The indoor swimming pool is clean and provides a very relaxing atmosphere The bed was very confortable. I will go back again as this was a very good place to relax
