I had an excellent experience staying at the brand-new Hilton hotel in Guangzhou, China. The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean, and truly deserves its five-star rating. Everything from the facilities to the service was outstanding. What really made my stay special was the exceptional service I received from Ano at the Concierge desk. He went far above and beyond to help me throughout my entire journey. When I first landed in Guangzhou, I quickly realized that my phone service was not working and that Uber was not available here. I was completely unfamiliar with how to get around, but Ano immediately stepped in and helped me set up the necessary Chinese apps, showed me how to use them, and taught me how to navigate the city. What impressed me even more was that on my last day, Ano was actually off work, but he still took the time to show me around and help me experience Guangzhou. That level of dedication and kindness is something I will never forget. Ano was always patient, professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. As someone visiting Guangzhou for the first time, I honestly don’t know how I would have managed without him. Without Ano, I would have been completely lost!
