It’s a new entire single family home in a safe and quiet neighborhood in the South west area of Bakersfield.
It’s newly built the front and backyard landscaping has just been done.
The entire house and access to everything is yours.
You get a door code and garage opener for the 2 car garage and home through your check in information. Can park 3 cars at the garage driveway as well.

Entirely there is a well equipped kitchen with bar stools.The is an induction cooker, 2 full size side by side refrigerator and freezer, 2 large microwaves and vent. The is enough cups ,spoons, plates glasses. Pots, frying pans, air fryer, mini oven air fryer, toaster, blenders, mixers and more.

2 living spaces all with comfortable plush couches, fireplaces and tvs.

3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Each bedroom has a large king bed, night stands and night lights. 12 inch king size medium firm memory foam mattress. 3 comfortable queen size sofa sleepers. 44 inch smart tv and an electric fireplace. Working desk and swivel chair with wall mirror that can be used as a vanity also. A closet and 2 large spacious walk in closets.

The 3 bathroom feature, 2 large standing shower area and a soaking bath. 3 toilet pots with bidets, double sinks in the masters bathroom and 2 single sinks with hand soaps.
Enough towels, toilet paper, hygiene products, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Laundry room has a washer and dryer and laundry detergent and softener.
You have access to indoor garage where 2 cars can park and the garage driveway as well.

Things to note, ⭐️Everything in the home is brand new selectively chosen for your comfort, You are expected to responsibly take care of the entire space while you are in it.
Do not move furnitures around for arrangements or anything that may destroy it or carry on any illegal or unlawful activity in the house.
Do not use dyes in the house, do not stain or destroy linens, towels, window blinds, walls etc.
to avoid paying a fine of $300.🚫Note: Events or any form of party is prohibited 🚫Smoking is also prohibited 🚫 inside the premises.

The home is beautiful, clean, and has several artistic touches. There is plenty of space, it could actually sleep 12 adults and 2 children. The host, Belinda, was very responsive and professional. I will definitely stay here again.
