Honest Review- the room for two bedroom queen is it's big. The restroom is nice. The lounge is nice and breakfast is decent. cons- the window shades are very old and a lot of light gets through it. The Polish clothes that's why I came here. The weight room is very very small with one machine of weights but no cardio is working. Staff is somewhat nice

Drove 4 hours from the Bay Area got there early had to use the bathroom so paid the early check in fee of $54 dollars. Just to get to my room and have no water. And no one bothered to notify us when we checked in that the water was off. straight scam. The clerk at the desk told us to use the restroom at the gas station across the street. When the manager got in later that day I asked for a refund for checking in early she informed me that she was not approving my refund even Though this was super inconvenient. When I asked what I was supposed to do if I had to use the bathroom she told me “ you should have one flush” so inappropriate and unprofessional. The water was off from 8am -4pm. I will never stay here again!!!!

Staff was great-continental breakfast very nice! Our room was right by the pool area and the spot light was soo bright we had a hard time getting to sleep-the curtains did nothing to block out the obtrusive light-complained to staff at front desk but nothing was done-( The lobby is beautiful and Valentine’s decorations were sweet!! Please do something with the curtains to block out pool lights or shut them off at night ☺️
