Property is a long term rent kind of hotel. Everything that comes with that business model. Lots of people, no regular hotel type of amenities, no huge welcoming lobby, ice machine, breakfast, coffee maker or gym. No dishes are supplied for the kitchenette. People are living here but they did not give sketchy vibes. Everyone I met was polite and cordial including the staff. Be prepared to sign a multitude of waivers upon check in. Mattress was very firm, and the shower had minimal water pressure on the 4th floor. I stayed one night and the hotel wasn't bad for how cheap it was. All I needed was a clean place to sleep and it did exactly that.

It was quiet convenient .. only think they only gave you 2 towels for my 9 day that i stay i had to buy towels cause we were 3 people in each room i was no sharing my towel and there was a funny smell every time you entered the room most of the day i was out just came to take a showere and sleep .
