We had a relaxing and comfy experience of staying at Amazon hotel Baku recently. All the staff and mainly the front desk manager Ali and Al Noal were really really helpful. The cleaning lady on our floor was such a smile person and was always there to provide with our needs. Building and furnishings of the hotel need some looking after but staff tried to help in every way in their capacity. City's attractions can all be easily reached by a short taxi ride or about 30 min walk. Its located in a quite area and has all the amenities like gym, swimming pool etc for a relaxing experience. A 24 hour super market is located about 100 meter from it. Breakfast service was very average and needs a huge improvement.

Horrible place

It looks like a huanted place. I felt like i will be either robbed or killed. This place had no standards whatsoever. I can write a whole story about how i felt stepping into that place but i wont waste my time. Just stay from here. I wonder how this place is on Hotels.com ever

I have been to many hotels in Baku including 5 Stars one but my stay at Amazon hotel was out of this world. Very quiet, very cooperative very clean and a very beautiful look too and they didn’t mind/charged anything despite we were more than 5 hours late in our checkout time. I highly recommend this hotel and want everyone visiting Baku to try this for sure…

Odalar çok kötü. 3 gece için 2 oda değiştirdim. İlk oda sa klozet kapağı kırıktı sıcak su çok az akıyordu. İkinci odada ise balkon kapısı bozuktu sürekli açılıyordu banyo sonrası her taraf su oluyordu sifon bozuktu genel olarak otelde de bir koku var ve otelin ismi çıkmış hiç tavsiye etmem.
