The building the apartment is in was built in the 1890's, but has been
recently renovated. It comes with high ceilings, beautifully wood latticed windows, and both parquet and tiled flooring. The place is great for entertaining plenty of guests, and can accommodate 14+ people overnight. There is a kitchen for your use, a standard bathroom, common area, and private courtyard.
Central, green, spacious apartment smack in the middle of Baku. This home is located in the central part of Baku called "Targovu" - where everything happens, and all the excitement is. It's a 4 minute walk from the Old City, and a 10 minute walk from the Boulevard next to the Caspian Sea. Come stay at our place!
