First of all, we had one of the worst hotel experiences ever. They checked us in 1 hour and 5 minutes late (the room wasn’t ready) – we were only able to check in at 16:05. It seems they hired the reception staff from the street; they gave no information at check-in. We had to learn everything by asking other guests. There were broken tiles in the pool, and my child’s foot was injured. Of course, there were no band-aids at the reception. They changed our room for no reason, and we had to pack all our luggage again. Most importantly, three days before arrival we called to confirm the reservation, but no one answered. Apparently, the phone was broken. If you don’t want to be disappointed, I suggest choosing a normal hotel for your stay.
Positives: Despite being old, the rooms were in good condition. The cleaning team did a great job, the rooms were well cleaned, and the housekeeping staff were very helpful. Breakfast was also above average and tasty.
