Lake balaton Pink house

While the initial online process was excellent, the manager of this property was one of the worst I have come across. Was more or less uncontactable the entire duration of our trip. There were many problems with the house that could have been easily fixed had we been able to get in touch. Wifi was broken-toilet broken-very badly equipped house for even the basics. She didn't even answer her phone on the day of our arrival until we rang her 10 times. Very disappointed and ruined what could have been a pleasant trip.
