Newly built in 2019, this beautifully decorated home has been thoughtfully appointed to meet all of your family's beach vacation needs. Featuring a reverse floor plan to maximize the view overlooking South Beach, you'll find that Fish Bowl has the perfect layout for extended or combined families.
The first floor hosts all 5 bedrooms, each extending off of the central family room. Bedroom 1 is a master bedroom with a king size bed, a walk-out to the front porch, flat screen TV, and en suite bath with double shower head walk-in shower, and double vanity, and a generous walk-in closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each feature a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and their own en suite bath with walk-in showers. Bedroom 4 is a charming bunk room featuring two bunks beds (4 twins). Bedroom 5 is equipped with a queen size bed and flat screen TV. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The laundry room is also located on this floor, with an additional wash and dryer for beach towels etc located in the garage for added convenience!
Heading up to the second floor, you'll find an open living space with breathtaking panoramic views of South Beach. The living room features a remote controlled gas fireplace, bar with wine fridge, and plenty of gathering space that flows into the dining room and kitchen. The dining room seats 8 at the table and an additional 3 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is well equipped and a cook's delight with a 6 burner gas cooktop. There is a convenient half bath located off of the living area. Stepping out onto the balcony, you can BBQ for the family with the gas grill and then enjoy al fresco dining while taking in the sunset over the Atlantic.
Fish Bowl has an outdoor shower with hot/cold water, 4 adult bicycles and beach toys in the garage for you to enjoy. Please note that BHI Vacations does not maintain or guarantee bicycles, beach toys, or beach towels at any of our properties - subject to change at any time.

Fantastic week in this fabulous home
Spent a wonderful week with my family at this great property. It was large enough for everyone to have their own space. It is well laid out so that there is ample shared space for gathering. Great views from the upper deck!
