High on a Dune Ridge, Summer House offers guests commanding views and spacious island living. Panoramic ocean views from the expansive porches and windows along the front of the home enable guests to relax outdoors. The privacy of the Maritime Forest and spacious back porch offer a shaded respite and added privacy. A spiral outside staircase provides access to a rooftop porch perfect for observing panoramic views of the island. The spacious reverse floorplan provides one level sleeping arrangements and main living areas that maximize ocean and forest views.

Sleeps 10 (max.). 4 bedrooms (1K-1Q-1Q-2BB, 1S). 4 full baths. (2) 4 passenger carts. Fireplace. Wi-Fi. One minute to beach access. 7-night minimum year round.

Check-in and out days in summer season is Saturday-Saturday. Ferry reservations should be made to coincide with the assigned check-in/out times which are 5:30pm property check-in and 11:00am property check-out. Ferry reservations should be made no earlier than 5:00pm. for arrivals and no later than 11:30am for departures. There are no accommodations made for early check-in or late arrivals. Pet Friendly.

Intracoastal Vacation Rentals team are amazing and a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond throughout our stay. I wish I could say the same about the property. The house should have been perfect; great location, 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, large kitchen with an amazing bar space and seating. Absolute perfection for our family: 2 parents, 3 adult children (ages 19-23) and their 3 guests. However the house was filthy, the bathroom rugs were disgusting, Intracoastal Rentals stepped in quickly to replace them. I didn't wear shoes while I put supplies away and my feet were black within 30 minutes. The back door on the lower level wouldn't shut from the outside so it would constantly pop open without us knowing, which would leave the downstair miserably hot. The golf cart charger in the garage didn't work; however, we didn't learn that until after the cart stopped working on us the second day but then we couldn't get it to charge so I had to rent another golf cart. Which was good decision because the property only had 2 4-seater carts, considering the house sleeps 11 people the carts provided didn't meet the minimum requirement. The AC in the master bedroom doesn't flow through the vents so it's several degrees warmer than the rest of the house. There were old dirty outdoor pillows used on the living room furniture. There are several old paint cans under every bathroom sink and a missing electrical receptor face plate in the front right bathroom.
