Enhance your experience with optional memberships to both the Shoals Club and the Bald Head Island Club (available at separate pricing).

Check-in and out days in summer season is Saturday-Saturday. Ferry reservations should be made to coincide with the assigned check-in/out times which are 5:30pm property check-in and 11:00am property check-out. Ferry reservations should be made no earlier than 5:00pm. for arrivals and no later than 11:30am for departures. There are no accommodations made for early check-in or late arrivals.

Great location. Huge beach with easy access. Readily available to the Maritime Market. Would definitely rent again Points that need attention: 1) Master shower is antiquated. Shower head and hand held need upgrade. 2) Dimmer switch in Master Bath is defective. Light keeps flickering.

Oct long weekend with family

Great house, great location, perfect weather. House layout matched very well with our family of adults and young children. House could use some updates (eg kitchen and bathrooms, paint walls). But overall, very good. We hope hope to visit Rooms with a View again!

Beautiful beach front house

Normally this would have been a perfect house and location. Unfortunately the Army Corps of Engineers were working all weekend 24/7 with heavy equipment on the beach doing beach restoration. I’m sure this was an isolated event but sure detracted from our experience and was hard to predict in advance. Beach restitution is important but important to consider and disclose to prospective renters! Otherwise a great getaway and awesome house for families.

Great place to gather for Christmas

First time to Bald Head Island for everyone in our group. The whole process was smooth and easy. The house has a particularly nice, wide southerly view from its deck.
