Pros - Decent room for the price, clean and neat bed, working AC and nice staff. Cons - Missing spoon, dirty cups, missing tea towel and washing up sponge, (had to request from reception). Found a dirty pair of underwear in the kitchen cupboards when searching for a tea towel. Informed staff, they told me I should have seen the state or the room before! Hair in the shower, on the toilet, on the table. Body fluids on the toilet wall. Mould in the bathroom basin. Bad and strong ozone smell in the room on check in which required airing for a good while. Rubbish and smashed glass at room entryway. Dubious neighbour with associated activities in the next room. Loud police presence day and night in the area. Unsafe feel to the neighbourhood. Regret booking here with a child. Not relaxing especially with a $250 cleaning/damage bond pending.
