Stylish villa with large pool and garden in Bale

Situated on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Bale, yet only a 5 minute walk from the old town, Villa Flores invites you to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The villa welcomes you in a chic, fresh, airy style. Spread over 140 m² on one level are a spacious, air-conditioned living area with an open kitchen and access to the covered terrace and garden, two air-conditioned bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom (shower/WC), a smaller bedroom with a queen-size bed and a guest WC. The two larger bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. All bedrooms are also fitted with fly screens.
The 1500 m² garden, which is surrounded by a typical Istrian stone wall, leaves nothing to be desired. You can spend quiet hours by the pool. The pool can be heated in the cooler months of the year. The BBQ area on the covered terrace is perfect for sociable barbecue evenings, and you can end the day in the cozy atrium.
A high chair, crib and swing are available for our younger guests. Washing machine, iron/ironing board are available. You can park two cars on the property.
