25 kilometres from the main part of Balea is the Hostal A Camelia. The Hotel Pazo O Rial is located 15 kilometres away. Alternatively, you could check out the amenities and rates at the A Casa do Río or the Rusticae Casa Antiga do Monte.

If you still have some puff left, make sure you travel further in the Galicia region. Check out the castles and old towns in Galicia, or grab your daypack and admire the region's lovely beaches, coastal plains, forests and rivers. Don't skedaddle before you have checked out the Acquarium Galicia, Burato da Londra Beach and Pedras Negras Marina in O Grove. Before you say "adios" to Pontevedra, ensure you catch some local sport. Visit Plaza de Toros to the east of Balea. The Combarro and the Parador de Pontevedra are close to all the action.
