Welcome to our light-flooded architect's house (which was awarded a prize) with a large garden and pond (natural biotope) and 3 bedrooms. The large house (180 square meters) has room for 8-10 people and is a feel-good place for your whole family. On the outskirts of the village in a quiet location with a view of the mountains, you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee. Take a look at the horses (paddocks visible nearby) and enjoy nature in a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere. In the immediate vicinity - directly from the house are also hiking and biking trails - a paradise surrounded by greenery. With a view of the large garden with the pond biotope, you are guaranteed to relax!

For your entire family or friends, the house offers space for everyone with 3 bedrooms and additional sleeping facilities!

On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms that can be locked and upstairs there is a large bedroom with a view of the stars (glass dome) which cannot be locked. Further sleeping facilities are also available in the upper area (sofa bed). There are also sofa beds in the living room.

Even if it rains, you can enjoy nature directly in the light-flooded conservatory with a view of the pond and the mountains.

There is a garage and another parking space in front of the door.

ArchitekturHier wird viel versprochen, aber nur wenig gehalten, angefangen mit der Architektur des Hauses. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es nur eine winzige, 4 qm grosse Toilettenkabine, mit Dusche, Klo und Waschbecken, die sich vier Personen aus den beiden kleinen Schlafzimmern teilen müssen. Wenn, wie angepriesen, weitere vier Personen an drei Stellen im Wohnzimmer (ohne die geringste Privatsphäre) schlafen, müssen sich acht Personen diese Toilettengelegenheit teilen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss sind ohne Schränke oder Kommoden, so dass man nur mit offenen Kleiderständern und dem offenen Koffer auf dem Fußboden auskommen muss. Einen Kleiderschrank gibt es nur im Eingangsbereich mit seinen bodentiefen Fenstern, wo man sich kaum gerne zum Aus- oder Ankleiden treffen will.Wegen der grossen Wendeltreppe in der Mitte der (gut ausgestatteten) Küche ist der Fußverkehr dort ziemlich beengt. Auch muss der Kühlschrank bis nahezu an die Wand gerückt werden, weil sonst seine Tür und die Gefrierschubladen nicht ganz geöffnet werden können. Wenn der Kühlschrank aber zu dicht an der Wand steht, bekommt er hinten keine Luft, kann nicht mehr kühlen und piept permanent Alarm. Sehr gefährlich sind zwei große Glastüren, die von der Küche ins Esszimmer führen. Sie sollten vollkommen und permanent verschlossen werden. Wenn man sie öffnet und hindurchzutreten versucht, tritt man nicht etwa auf Stufen, sondern auf große, schräg nach unten geneigte Fenster, die dem darunterliegenden Keller Ta
