Buyer Beware: Not as Advertised -Save Your

This is not a private property. The dock is leased out to other people who came to the property during our stay. They even entered the home unannounced telling us we needed to reserve them parking spaces while they were out on their boat. The house had many issues. The stairs had a broken landing with exposed nails, and the railing and bannister are broken in many places exposing our children to a one story fall. It is a new build, and it is clear many corners were cut in finishing construction to be able to get it rented ASAP.
