Great hotel, stayed here many times. Short walk to the centre, direct regular bus transfer from outside the hotel to and from shannon airport - route 343, cost €8.60 one way.
We booked an exec room which gives access to the exec lounge, offering here is a little basic but the room is nice. My only feedback would be to suggest that the coffee machine in the room needs updating.
