Quarto limpos sim lençóis limpos toalhas alugadas o ruim é o barulho pois o fluxo é muito grande ainda mais para a época do ano e na recepção nao fica ninguém a noite alguns hóspede fazem muita algazarra atrapalha quem precisa descansar foi necessário ir pedir para falarme mais baixo pois nao haviam ninguém na recepção a colega que dividia o quarto comigo colocou o controle do ar condicionado no seu armário e trancou pois ela deixou o ar no 25 maior calor mas o gerente do hostel foi informado a respeito e disse que iria conversar com elas até mesmo prq isso é errado no mais faltou mais banheiros no setor debaixo para evitar subir as escadas mas os funcionários do hostel são bem atenciosos

Localização excelente, espaço limpo e bom atendimento dos funcionários. Porém, faltou deixar claro as dimensões dos quartos e das treliches que por sinal mal cabe uma criança, quem dirá um adulto. Bati a cabeça várias vezes, bem desconfortável o espaço da treliche. Outros quartos tem tamanhos maiores e treliches maiores, porém faltou deixar isso claro nas opções de reserva.
