No one was at front desk at checkin and there was a long line. Plus they charged me $15 for parking which was unexpected given their other Aloft location a few miles away doesn’t charge for parking. Unexpected expenditure.

Don’t stay here.

Went down to Baltimore and booked a loft because of having a pool and the games it normally has in the lobby… the pool was gross, has white spots all over the top of the water, smelt horrible, I had to go ask the front desk and they go, oh it’s suppose to be closed, thank God didn’t let my kids swim in it, but it ruined our stay as my daughters bday present was to stay at a hotel so she could swim.. the Lobby games didnt have enough piece to play chess, the pool table was beat to hell…. The 2nd floor we stayed on. Pretty sure my kids got high walking thru the hallways

This hotel is not a good representation of Marriott at all. The lobby is the nicest part. The rooms look like cement boxes with a mattress on the floor. The refrigerator has hair in it but was pointless to have anyway because it doesn't work. They also don't tell you about the $15 to park in a self park parking lot until they swipe your card for incidentals. The blinds are stained and you have to bring your own usb port if you don't have a charger cube. The towels are disgusting. I went and bought my own. Very disappointed

Perfectly fine for a good night's rest after a long day of meetings. Rooms seemed dated. Holes around electrical outlets, chipped and worn furniture, toilet needed service. Older thermostat. Basic room decor. All things that can be addressed but again, a perfectly good resource for putting my head down and awaking refreshed for another day of business. Very friendly front desk personnel made arrival a joy.
