Horrible Best Western Management in Laurel MD

Everyone at the front counter was great, hotel is clean. I booked online for the first week and then I was trying to get a better rate for the second week and was told that (the general manager) would be calling me for the rate but he was out of work for a few days. I was told when he would be arriving back at work and I never received a phone call from him. I was told that I should go up there and see him so I left work and went to see him, he told the young lady that he was to busy to speak to me(a great customer). I was told that he would be calling me later that day(2/3/25), I never got the phone call. I left work once again on 2/4/25 to go speak to him. After waiting for about 45 minutes I finally spoke to him. He said that Best Western doesn't give weekly rates(even though i was willing to commit to 2-3 months. I knowBest Western does give weekly, long term rates because I have gotten them many other times before. Then he preceeded to give me all these excuses as to why he couldn't make a one minute phone call. Plain and simple, there's no excuse for not calling a customer. Unless something is done. Best Western will have lost a very good customer.

Heating unit extremely noisy and had to set to 78 to get the room in the 68 degree range which made the heater run all night

Overall stay was good, Clean and quite. But was not happy with the fact that early checkin was not allowed. Everything else was great. Keep up the good work but please provide options for early checkin.
