Everything needs improvement. Appearance, part of the hotel looked abandoned the other half looks functional. The entire hotel had a bad smell throughout, maybe it’s because the trash cans in the hallway the were overflowing did that. My room (319) had a few stink bugs in the ceiling, the sink drain plug was dirty and broken. And if it’s free complementary breakfast….. why was vouchers needed???

Hotel is in need a full large scale updating, meaning complete gut job. It appears it has underwent several puff and powder rehabs overall the years but it needs substantial a investment. For the price point you get what you're paying for, it's not terrible overall for a cheap stay. Hallways and common areas smell bad, a mixture of trash, food and cigarette odors. The elevators are sketchy. My room, it had cracked bathroom tiles, water damaged drywall, shower knob came off (had to hold it on to turn on water), was missing the sitting chair, curtains and lamp shades has stains and residue, HVAC not blowing cold air, room smelled musty, TV was oddly small for the room (maybe 32") and the laminate floor was grimy. Housekeeping did a underwhelming job, pulled trash, restocked towels but that appeared to be the only services during my 3 night stay. Main lobby is decent in overall appearance but still dated and wornout.

I truly truly am so saddened to even leave a review like this! But this hotel was far below my expectations! I understood that I was booking a non fancy hotel but I am still in shock of how below the bar this hotel is. I want to start off by saying the airport shuttle was easy to connect with I just called and they picked me up, the driver was very friendly. The drive was great, the lobby of the hotel is very nice and the two gentlemen at the front counter were friendly and welcoming. When I got my room, it smelled of smoking and urine, the door to the bathroom was broken. I asked for another room which was accommodated however this room the furniture broke as I set my luggage down and a/c did not stay on. Additionally, there were insects on the mattress! I am so sorry as if someone truly needs a place to stay be aware these pictures are deceiving and I would recommend spend more money elsewhere. I appreciate the gentlemen at the front desk but I left 25 minutes after “check in” because I could not stay in these conditions. I am hoping to receive a refund and hope to save someone the time with this review. Thank you.

Airport shuttle was very unhelpful and unfriendly to older gentlemen and ladies riding as passengers. Bathroom door was broken, as was table/seat in room. Room, elevators, and general floor were not as clean as they should be. Do not plan to return.
