The check-in staff, Hassan, provided poor and inhospitable attitude service at the reception desk. On entry for check-in I greeted him with a good evening, but his response was irritable, snaeky and unpleasant. He immediately requested my name to complete the check-in process, did not offer any water or other general hotel information. When I asked about parking, he point to a small QR code sign on the desk with not context to help or assist.

There were trash under my bed. Check in was okay. The guy that checked me in was great. There was another guy, maybe the manger on duty, when I checked in (Feb 4, 330 to 4pm) that wasnt friendly. Nice view out my window.
