Couples enjoy exclusive access to the kayak, putting green, fire pit, and upper porcelain patio. Fire Pit must be reserved 24 hours in advance.

Other things to note
The upper patio, adjacent to the studio, fire pit, and kayak area, and putting green is reserved exclusively for registered Waterfowl Studio guests.

The lower patio is reserved for owner use only and is not part of the guest rental area.

For safety and insurance reasons, children are not permitted to use the kayak under any circumstances. Adult guests who choose to use the kayak do so at their own risk and must exercise proper safety precautions.
