The staff was wonderful, but you had to make reservations to go to the pool, the restaurant was closed, and our door wouldn’t deadbolt. The toilet seat looks like it was painted with house paint. But again, the staff was really helpful.

Beds were comfy, room and bathroom was fairly clean, shower was absolutely amazing, reasonable discounted price. Parking wasn't too bad for the weekend. There's a parking garage behind the hotel that's $5 a night on the weekends. Didn't do valet parking cause that's apparently $42 a night. You need reservations to use their small pool. No hot tub unfortunately :(. They have great free breakfast. Staff was nice and helpful.

Great view. Excellent staff. It had breakfast. Bar and a pool. Valet was always on duty ready to work. Location was decent. Wish they had a thicker blanket in the room. Air conditioning worked well. Very clean even though it’s a little dated. All in all good stay would stay there again. Dublin and blk swan and nandos at the bottom floor along with the h+s bread good spot indeed.

I’ve been to a a lot of Hyatt locations and this by far was a bit disappointing. The limited only 1 hour in pool was very much inconvenient. To keep going back down stairs to extend for more time. As well as setting up the tv to use streaming services. We are in 2025 smart tvs are available. Breakfast with no waffle makers. I’m not sure why you guys don’t have any. Overall the staff was amazing, extremely polite, respectful and knowledgeable about the area. It’s a solid 7/10 hotel.
