We stayed theee nights for quick getaway. Check in was great and staff were very attentive, attentive and professional. Location is great. Between inner Harbor and monument, museum. Quick uber ride to Fells Point. Room was clean with large window. It has nice feeling. Only thing is very minimal amenity. No water, no mini bar, glasses or bucket, dish for soap, etc….For the price, understandable but more comfort would be great as many places close so early in Baltimore. Booed by the rating and review. It was unbelievable deal but I will rather pay more to have more setups.

Everything was immaculate. Just some curious choices leaving me from giving it 5 stars. Toilet paper quality, coffee bar choices, toiletries and amenities-those things shouldn’t be Holiday Inn levels of quality for a hotel Monaco.

Property seemed understaffed or just poor service. No bellhop, 25 minutes to get valet (just cancelled and caught uber), toilet leaking badly, water takes ten minutes to get hot, housekeeping a no-show on day one. Overall, a clean room and hotel but no service anywhere. Feels like a great 3 star!
