Impressions.

The elevator wasn't working. This didn't cause me any problems but I felt bad watching cleaning staff lug materials up the stairs. The hallways and especially the stairways smelled heavily of marijuana. Also the smell of pot came in from the neighboring room. Also, sound traveled easily between rooms so I could hear the television and conversation next door. My room was clean and staff were friendly. I wish there were cups to use in the room which weren't disposable.

Good times but not really

The elevator was down and has been down all year. Then they will put you on the 5th floor. I was told they would get me on a lower floor the next day but that was not true. I should have taken a picture of the Hair in the sink but I was so tried from having to walk 5 levels of steps. So if you don’t mind walking up 5 level of step Get your workout. The can do better. This is why this hotel is cheaper. I felt like an episode of Goodtimes. The hallway smells like weed well. I wish I would have chosen another hotel

Good hotel near BWI

Spent a night here on my way to NJ. Nice, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Elevator was out of service and our room was on the 4th floor so got some steps in!

Visited Baltimore for a funeral. Checked the reviews, as I usually do and thought why not. After being on the road for over 9 hours, we were ready to check in. We were told the hotel was booked, this no early check in. Okay...when we did arrive, the elevator was not working and was told our room was on the 4th floor. There was no wayyyyy we could walk 4 floors with the amount of bags we had. Exhausted, we attempted to find another hotel. As we were preparing to the leave, the front clerk stated there was a room available on the first floor. We unloaded and checked in

The elevator was broken so having to carry multiple suitcases of multiple flights of stairs was awful Antoine at the front desk completely forgot my wake up call could have affected my career no food options no bar no pool nothing!

Arrived late at night after our flight landed. I was informed on check-in that there was only one room available on the 5th floor. Normally, that would be fine, but their elevator is down, and I had a car full of luggage that we had to lug up 5 flights of stairs. Even though I had prepaid for the room, and had called the day before to confirm the reservation, I was not told about the elevator until I arrived at 3 AM. This gave me no choice but to stay. I was also not offered any help with the luggage because the front desk person "was the only one there." She did let us store a couple of our bags behind the desk for the night. Half the hotel corridors smelled like weed, even though this is a non-smoking property. The hotel shuttle was also parked directly in front of the main entrance on both our arrival and departure, making it very difficult to unload and load our vehicle. You'd better call and make sure their elevator has been fixed before even considering staying here If I hadn't been desperate for sleep, I would have walked out. At least the room was clean and the beds were comfortable enough.

Not Staying Here Again!

The only elevator was not working. It was difficult for two senior citizens to lug luggage up the fire escape steps. We should have been told ahead of time so we could have reserved a hotel somewhere else. The bed frame is too big for the mattress causing two metal bars to stick out two inches. I hit one and cut my leg. The hotel needs remodeling.

All went well for my stay at La Quinta, my only issue was that of the non functioning elevator that had me walking all 5 flights of stairs every day.
