Not good for a long stay......

We arrived Tuesday the door to our room was extremely loose. The next morning i told the front desk that we didnt feel safe with the door the way it was. I actually opened it the the donot disturb sign and no key. We finished breakfast and i asked if the maintenance person went to fix the door and she said that she was waiting till we left. What part of we didnt feel safe she didnt get. They put us in a different room the electronic key didn't work at times we had to get the key reprogrammed the bed wasn't comfortable this hotel needs major upgrades.

Clean and neat. Quiet. Only issue was a couple of stains on the bed spread and underneath the bed the liner on the bed support was falling off. Bathroom sink had a problem with the hot water. I told management.

Good Place for a secret shopper to visit

My stay was not pleasant. When check into the room the first thing I notice was the smell of the rugs and how old the elevator looked. My access card stopped working two times and I was locked out of my room. My room had popcorn on the rug. Also, the front desk staff was laughing loudly and there was one of the housekeepers blasting religious music down the hallways
