One slow elevator for this many rooms frustrating. Breakfast staff didn't know coffee completely out until front desk alerted. Not a property problem necessarily but not enough table room for breakfast. Guests seemed to think one family member per 4 person tables next to each other was acceptable. Had to take breakfast to room via slow elevator. Maybe a sign asking guests to be considerate on spreading out

Expedia didn’t give me the option to pick a room with parking included. It said it had parking and could shuttle me to the airport. Not true. I had to pay an additional $60 for parking and the shuttles were full. I got in late at 10pm with car troubles and the shuttles for the early morning were sold out. Luckily for that purpose, my flight was delayed so i got a later shuttle

Not pleased.

Our room was not so good as there was a sense of moisture in the room. Any open clothes, whether from suitcase or bag, felt damp. We had to wash items that we didn't wear because of the moisture. Also, the closet was very small and did not accommodate all of our clothes. Will not book this hotel again.

Every thing was good except two thing, Body Wash was empty in the room and also once sefty lock automatically closed from inside when my wife went down, luckly I was inside room so I opened for her when she came back

We booked two rooms on our family road trip as we are a large family. We drove most of the day, late into the night, and arrived around 1am ready to get some sleep. However, we were told they only had one room for us. They tried to say the website never sent over 2 rooms, only one, but I logged on and saw we did. It felt like the Seinfeld episode, arguing about what a reservation was supposed to do! We ended up spending the next hour making phone calls until we found a hotel that was still open for check ins, another hour and a half away. We didn't get there until 4am and of course the rooms cost more. We only had a few hours to sleep before we had to check out and start our drive again, all because La Quinta does not know how to hold a reservation.

This hotel wasnt too bad, it was close to the hotel and they had a shuttle that took me to the airport and to the restuarant for dinner. Staff was friendly room was clean.

The property was beautiful and very clean. I booked a room for my graduation. I was disappointed when I seen the pool wasn't opened and had my husband ask about it and they said they haven't had the pool in use for 3 years my kids was all excited to go swimming during our stay. One of the staff said yeah I don't know why they wont take the pool off line. That's false advertising. So I spent $150 for my family and I to go to the pool because that's what I promised the kids. If I would have known their pool was out of commission I would have booked a different hotel. Don't get me wrong the hotel was very clean and breakfast was amazing but I didn't get the whole experience I planned when I booked.
