The house is a large modern Single family home in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood off Rossville boulevard in Rosedale Maryland. We added New Washer and Dryer in May 2021. The house is close to White Marsh, Towson and downtown Baltimore with easy access to both interstates 95 and 695..
The space
Guest room # 1 is a spacious luxurious room with a microwave, small refrigerator, television and elliptical machine located on the second floor of the home. The room has a built in self contained bathroom. The formal living room, dining, kitchen and half bathroom are all located on the first floor of the house.
Perfect for students, travel nurses and physicians working or on clinical rotation in area hospitals and schools.
Guest access
The guest will have access to the room, bathroom and all the aforementioned common areas. The guest will have access to the house and room via an electronic smart keys.

Clean and Quiet

The stay was good, while there were a few things that made it not great. I appreciated that I could come and go as needed, and it was quiet, I could hear that there were other people coming and going sometimes, but no one was loud and I didn't really meet anyone when I was coming or going throughout the week. From the description in the listing, I thought that the kitchen area would be more private; it didn't seem clear to me that the kitchen/living/dining areas would all be shared spaces. It is a large shared home, with maybe four or five rooms upstairs, one that I was staying in. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower was hot, and it was helpful to have a mini-fridge and microwave. Overall, it was just different from what I expected, so I think the listing could be more clear about which parts of the whole house are shared spaces.
