From the security officers to the front desk staff & the all other staff at various sectors were friendly, alert & always in smile.
- The security officers are great, always looking out around the premise's to ensure safety & render help whenever needed.
On 1 night both my female guests returned to hotel near midnight, a security officer took the effort to escort them to the lift lobby to ensure they are safe.
- The small issues was that 1 of my guest's room key was not functioning well & needed to approach the Front Desk in few trips to have it fixed.
