I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Mandarin Oriental KL. I was traveling with my very chatty 8-year-old son and every single staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and kind. They made both of us feel completely at home and welcomed from the moment we arrived.
The location is unbeatable, right next to Suria KLCC and the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. The view from our room was stunning, especially at night when the towers lit up. The food was fantastic, and the overall atmosphere was calm, elegant, and very family-friendly.
Thank you so much to everyone at the Mandarin Oriental for making this trip so special. You created a beautiful memory for my son and me. We’d absolutely stay here again if we return to Kuala Lumpur!
