Kecewa dengan fasilitas

Awalnya saya mencari hotel yang ada fasilitas kolam renang, karena keinginan anak seperti itu. Makanya saat belum memastikan utk booking, yg saya tanyakan adalah ketersediaan kolam renang. Saat itu dijawab ada, dan saya booking. Tetapi, saat saya tiba ternyata kolam renang tidak bisa dipakai karena treatment. Hal ini membuat anak saya sangat kecewa. Seharusnya pihak hotel mengatakan kolam renang lagi treatment saat sayaenanyakan fasilitas kolam renang, bukan diam saja sehingga kekecewaan setelah sampai di hotel.
